Service

ReelTrip is an app that helps you create and manage trips, extract places from reels and carousels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), plan itineraries, and view routes and maps. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Account and use

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms and any applicable laws.

Limits and third parties

• Usage limits by tier:
• Free tier: Up to 10 trips; up to 20 stops per trip and up to 6 stops per day (route optimize included). Free tier may include in-app ads (e.g. on Home and when adding places).
• Pro tier: Unlimited trips; up to 100 stops per trip and up to 12 stops per day (full route optimize); merge trips; ad-free.

Limits may change without prior notice.

• Video and image limits for extraction (Free: up to 30 seconds video, 5 images per extraction; Pro: up to 5 minutes video, 20 images; file size limits as shown in the app) are shown when you add from a reel or upload.
• Extraction from URLs works when the linked content is publicly available. Many social platforms require login to view content; in those cases extraction from a pasted URL may fail and we may suggest uploading a file instead.
• Maps and routes use Mapbox; enrichment may use Google (Places API). Place imagery (e.g. photos on place cards and in the gallery) may be provided by Google (Places API) and is subject to Google’s terms and attribution requirements as shown in the app. Your use of those features is subject to Mapbox’s and Google’s respective terms and attribution.

Content you provide

• You keep ownership of your trips and content. You give us the rights we need to operate the service (e.g. to store, process, and display your trips and to call third-party APIs for enrichment and maps).
• Do not upload or share content that infringes others’ rights, is illegal, or violates our policies. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Sharing and links

• If you share a link or content through the app, you are responsible for what you share. We may support features that generate links to trips; use of those links is subject to these terms and our privacy notice.

Disclaimers

• The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Extraction and enrichment depend on third-party services and may not always succeed.
• AI-extracted places may be wrong or incomplete—please review before saving.
• We are not responsible for third-party content (e.g. social platforms, maps, or place data).

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

Changes and termination

• We may change these terms with notice (e.g. in the app or by email). Continued use after changes means you accept them.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for operational or legal reasons.

Subscriptions and refunds

• Pro tier is available by in-app subscription. Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store); your payment relationship is with the relevant platform.
• Non-refundable by us. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions. All sales of digital access (Pro tier) are final from our side; we do not process refund requests.
• Refund requests to the store. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple or Google (depending on where you purchased). They decide according to their own policies whether to grant a refund. We do not control that process.
